History of Tower Technologies, Inc:

Founded in 1987 in the Washington, DC Metropolitan area, TTi was originally a professional services organization specializing in providing Information Technology solutions to Fortune 100 companies and government agencies. Our assignments ranged from traditional application development to systems programming and LAN Wan networking assignments.

We also worked with various Document Management Companies in support of the Intelligence community.  Hiring the right technically skilled professional for client assignments was a major part of our business.

Over the years, as our client relationships developed, we were often asked to provide professionals for Contract for Hire situations.   As we found ourselves placing an increasing number of people on this basis, the company began to expand our focus to include the delivery of telecommunication systems design, information  technology systems solutions along with specialized staffing and recruiting assignments.  

Of these contracts, many were for placing very senior level technical professionals; key managers for branch start-up ventures and full project teams. 

Our Recruiting service offerings include retained search assignments, level of service recruiting assignments and staffing of complete project teams.

This reduces over all recruiting costs as a result of eliminating false expectations for the new hire and the hiring manager.

As a result TTi, does approximately 80% of its business on a repeat basis with existing clients and new clients.
